Interstate 45, both northbound and southbound, experienced multiple reported incidents at various exit ramps including Aldine Bender and Mount Houston entrances. Local arterial roads such as Westheimer Road, Kirby Drive, and Nance Street also reported major crash activity requiring emergency response.
