Market and Gregg intersection crash; 23 incidents in 30 days

While crashes occur throughout the week and at varied hours, data shows the single busiest hour for collisions here is 7 PM to 8 PM, when five crashes have been recorded recently. This early-morning incident underscores that danger isn't confined to peak evening traffic—it's present around the clock.

Weather conditions at the time of the crash were clear, with temperatures near 78 degrees. Visibility was not a factor in this particular incident.

Update (12:50 PM CT): The major crash at 3399 MARKET ST @ 1299 GREGG ST, first reported at 4:49 AM, has cleared after more than 8 hours. All lanes have reopened and normal traffic flow has resumed in the area.
