I-10 westbound crash near Taylor Street; 24 incidents in 30 days

Update (10:40 PM CT): The major crash at WIH10IB-TAYLOR ST W IH 10 FREEWAY at THE BLOCK OF W IH 10 HOV, first reported at 2:37 PM, has cleared after more than 8 hours. All lanes have reopened and normal traffic flow has resumed in the area.
